THE HOUSE AND THE WINERY
Only La Casa’s guests can enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the former winery. The visit also takes in the winemaking and aging areas of the current winery, a place where you can also get to know the pioneering character of our wines with a personalized tasting, as well as making your own unique blend from different wines; all under the guidance of our winemaker, José Tejedor.
In September and October, La Casa also organizes harvest lunches out in the vineyards, where you can select the best bunches and taste the first must from a traditional press.
WINE & GASTRONOMY
Taste authentic and traditional dishes created by our in-house chef using local products, including fruit and vegetables from our own garden. Relax while you enjoy a glass of an exquisite variety of drinks specially selected for you; discover true oenological gems and enjoy a pairing menu in the very cellars where our Cosme Palacio wines used to age.
Lose yourself in the rich landscapes of the Rioja Alavesa and enjoy a delicious menu among the vines or simply relax and sit back, while we prepare a barbecue for you with the medieval town of Laguardia as a stunning backdrop.
STAYING ACTIVE
Keep in shape with our 24h gym, or cycle the wonderful mountain paths around the Sierra de Cantabria on one of our e-bikes. We can also suggest a number of different hiking, trail running or cycling routes to enjoy the countryside or even the stars.
